Dieting Dieting Dieting
Okay, I am back on this damn demonade diet again. I attempted to start this yesterday but, i ended up standing in line at McDonalds ordering a cheeseburger and medium fry. So, I got up this morning feeling pretty good and thought to give this another shot. So far so good. It is 10:58 a.m. and I am working on my 2nd 22 oz. cup of lemonade. We shall see. My dear friend, Glynnis Beckwith please post your progress. lol

Don't Pay for a Promise
Okay, I had a customer call me inquiring about a loan modification. She explained to me that she have been paying an outside party to deal directly with the bank. She is unfortunately out of $1,200.
DO NOT PAY ANY BUSINESS, ORGANIZATION, OR PERSON TO PREVENT FORECLOSURE OR GET YOU A NEW MORTGAGE.
These so-called "foreclosure rescue companies" claim they can help save your home, but they're out to make a quick buck. Some may request hefty fees in advance - and then stop returning your calls. Others may string you along before disclosing their charges. Cut off all dealings if someone insists on a fee.
Some scammers offer to handle financial arrangements for you, but then just pocket your payment. SEND YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ONLY TO YOUR MORTGAGE SERVICER.
Now, I admit that the modification process can be very lengthy taking up to a year or more. But, the wait is well worth it. So, if you are currently going through this process or even thinking about it, the advice I would give to you is be patient.
Good Luck

Love you Daddy!
My Dad lost his very short battle with lung cancer yesterday. My Mom told me something today... She said "When we are born we ARE going to die. What matters most is how you live your life in between" R.I.P. Daddy. I love you
